The Cramer Groin Strain Brace What is a Groin Strain?

A groin pull or groin strain is an injury to the inner thigh muscles. The groin muscles are a group of 6 muscles called the "adductor muscles". As seen in the picture above the adductor muscles insert from the inner pelvis to the thigh bone (femur). These muscles pull the legs inwards or adduction.
