The Bauerfeind MalleoTrain® S Ankle Support Information

MalleoTrain S is an effective alternative to taping. It stabilizes the ankle and reduces strain to maximize performance during sports and everyday activities. The stretchy knit material is breathable and moisture-wicking, which provides effective compression and excellent wearing comfort.

The figure-8 strap provides ankle stabilization at the supination & pronation level, during rotation, and other activities. MalleoTrain S is great for sports and fits comfortably into shoes.

How to put on: Put the active support on.
Wrap the strap from the inside of your foot to the underside of your foot.
Bring the strap diagonally across the top of your foot.
Wrap the strap around your ankle, above your heel.
Bring strap diagonally toward the front of your foot, over the top.
Wrap the thin part of the strap under your foot to the outside and then diagonally across the top of your foot.
