The Bio Skin Back Skin System Information

The Bio Skin Back Skin™ System is breathable, lightweight, low profile, very thin, cool and comfortable to wear.

Bio Skin has designed a back brace with a narrow cut in the front and flexible stays on the sides. Multiple back support options are available at The Brace Shop.

Bio Skin material provides a low profile, cool and comfortable fit.
Unique lumbar supports offer a specialized approach to the treatment of soft tissue surrounding the low spine.
Vented elastic side panels allow body heat to escape.
Removable double cinch belt gives flexibility and support.
Narrow cut in the front.
Flexible stays on the sides so when sitting or bending the brace remains pliable and doesn't impinge on the groin area or into the rib cage.
Available in both standard cut and NEW female cut.
The female cut is made with a slight alteration in the back panel which addresses the waist to hip ratio, providing a better fit for female patients.
Flexible lumbar Support and lumbar pad available only 5/8" thick
All Back Skins are available in Black or Tan colors.
Female cut available in the three advanced versions.

Unique Lumbar Supports offer a specialized approach to the treatment of soft tissue surrounding the low spine. Vented elastic side panels allow body heat to escape.

Option 2

Back Skin™ w/flexible Lumbar Support

Provides Multi-Directional Support. Only 5/8" thick. Attaches to the belt with velcro. Choose between two placement positions.

Option 3

Back Skin™ w/Lumbar Pad

Fits into serpentine area of the lower spine between L2 and L5, offerring direct compression and relief. Only 5/8" thick Attaches to the belt with velcro®.

Option 4

Back Skin™ w/Flexible Lumbar Support and w/Lumbar Pad
