The DonJoy Telescoping TROM w/shells or The Telescoping Bilateral TROM are innovative, easy-to-use braces that can adjust the range of motion with the click of a button. The Telescoping TROM w/shells offer full-circumference, lightweight shells to provide stiffness to the brace and tissue containment for effective post-operative immobilization and protected range-of-motion associated with ligament and fracture related surgeries.

The Telescoping Bilateral TROM is shorter (18") than the standard TROM, allowing for more active rehab exercises. Only the telescoping TROM allows flexion and extension adjustments at the touch of a button and a quick lock from 0 to 90 degrees in 10-degree increments.

The ease of use and versatility of the TROM can support a variety of protocols following major ligament surgery, meniscal repairs, patella realignment, regenerative chondroplasty and stable femoral fractures.

The Telescoping TROM Post-Op Knee Brace By DonJoy
The brace can lock instantly from 0 to 90 degrees in 10 degree increments for drop-lock requirements and offers a variety of flexion and extension capabilities for personalized rehabilitation protocols. Used originally on our TROM post-operative brace, its usability has resulted in its application to many new products where adjustable range of motion is needed such as our Telescoping Brace.
