A simple, easy to apply bracing solution for patellar subluxation, dislocation, malalignment and instabilities.

The Tru-Pull Wraparound brace, designed by Dr. John Fulkerson, incorporates his patented technology of independent straps, which provide a consistent pull on the patella.

A choice of buttresses give the patient an option for more aggressive support. The Tru-Pull Wraparound is an ideal choice for patellar subluxation, dislocation, malalignment and instabilities.

Osgood-Schlatter Disease is not a disease but rather a group of symptoms involving the a small bump on the shin bone (tibia) where the patellar tendon attaches.

Osgood-Schlatter disease is probably the most frequent cause of knee pain in children. The condition occurs most commonly in children between the ages of 9 and 16 years as the bones grow.
