HINGED BRACES
|
Hinged Elbow Braces usually offer the greatest support and stability compared to elastic or neoprene braces alone. Hinged braces are dynamic braces (they move), in order to provide increased support of the elbow joint following an injury or after surgery.
Most hinged braces are used for people who suffer from medial or lateral instability of the elbow joint. They are also used following acute injuries and following cast immobilization.
Hinged Elbow Braces are usually rated Level III or Level IV
