HOISERY/SOCKS
|
Therapy socks are socks not usually
available to the general public. These
specialty socks are designed for people who
require socks that provide additional
protection and construction. Diabetic socks
for example usually do not have stitching to
prevent skin irritation. Other socks have
built in silicone soles to provide
additional cushioning due to lack of plantar
fat pad.
Hoisery stockings are indicated for relief of chronic leg fatigue and heaviness. Designed to prevent venous disorders of the leg such as varicose veins, spider veins and ankle/foot swelling.
