The ProCare Stirrup Ankle Support How do I choose between the 8.5" or 10" Ankle Stirrup?

The first thing we always recommend is to consult with your treating doctor or therapist to determine the type of brace you need.

Normally, the 10" should be used with acute or recent injuries to the ankle.  The 8.5" typically is used in more chronic or long term circumstances.
