SHIPPING RATES The following shipping and handling rates apply to most orders. These rates may be different for large quantity orders or heavy products so call us toll free if you have any questions concerning large bulk purchases 866-325-8045: Free ground shipping with purchases over $100.00 Ground Service (Continental US Only): $7.95 3 day Service: $15.00 2 day Service: $25.00 Next Day Service: $39.00 Next Day Morning (Where available): $50.00 Saturday Delivery: (On request and where available) USPS Priority Mail (Including APO, AE): $9.80 USPS Global Express Canada: $39.00 Global Express Mail (All overseas orders): $39.00-$50.000 DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY The Brace Shop, LLC and its affiliated websites will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. We occasionally do run out of stock at which time your order may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to ensure fast delivery of your item. You may receive two or three packages to complete a large order. There will be no additional shipping charges because of multiple deliveries. If the manufacturer is also out of stock, the item will be shipped according to the customers requested shipping method when the product becomes available. All USA orders placed online are shipped either UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day, UPS Next Day Saver, UPS Next Day or US Priority Mail, unless other arrangements are made via phone, email or fax. UPS Saturday deliveries can be requested. Please call our customer service department to see if this option is available in your area. All NEXT DAY ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY BEFORE 2:00 PM EST WILL BE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY (NOT SATURDAY). AFTER 2:00 PM EST ALL UPS NEXT DAY ORDERS WILL SHIP ON MONDAY FOR A TUESDAY DELIVERY. ALL OTHER ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY AFTER 2:00 PM EST WILL BE SHIPPED OUT THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. ORDERS PLACED SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING WILL SHIP OUT ON MONDAY. BUSINESS DAYS ARE CONSIDERED MONDAY-FRIDAY. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ARE NOT CONSIDERED BUSINESS DAYS FOR SHIPPING, SO PLEASE BE AWARE! Remember, UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please remember that orders are shipped out using Eastern Standard Time. Please note the time zone differences when requesting immediate shipping. Any order placed after 2:00PM EST will be shipped the following day.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY Overseas orders are shipped via Fed Ex Express or USPS Global Express Mail. Canadian orders are also shipped via Fed Ex Express or USPS Global Express Mail. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS By the act of ordering a product for overseas delivery, you agree to pay any duties, customs, taxes or fees required by your government or the shipper. The Brace Shop, LLC is not responsible for any of these additional charges. The customer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, GST, VAT and other taxes. Any order refused by a customer due to payment of these fees will incur a 25% restocking fee, and additional charges if the product is returned to us. If the product cannot be returned to our warehouse due to custom issues brought on by the customers refusal to pay these fees, then the customer is solely responsible for the product, and no refund can be issued. The Brace Shop, LLC cannot control the delivery time when shipping overseas. It may take from 3 days to two weeks to receive your product if it is held up in customs. ***A restocking fee of 15% applies to all orders returned for credit, except exchanges, shipping errors caused by our warehouse, or manufacturers defects. A 25% restocking fee will be applied if a customer returns an item without a RA# or returns a product to the manufacturer without an RA#. The Brace Shop, LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping due to inclement weather. Overseas customers are responsible for all shipping charges if an item is to be exchanged or returned. If you have not received your order within a reasonable time, please contact our main office for tracking number verification, if applicable.

FREE SHIPPING SPECIALS The Brace Shop, LLC and its affiliated websites offers free ground shipping for all orders over $100.00 within the continental USA only. If an item is to be exchanged, the regular shipping prices will apply. Please be aware that combining orders, or changing your shipping address, shipment method, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for free shipping. We reserve the right to change or discontinue our free shipping offer at any time. If multiple products are ordered to qualify for free UPS ground shipping, and an item is currently out of stock, the customer will have the option of shipping out the items in stock with free ground shipping and pay our flat rate ground shipping for the out of stock item when it becomes available, or waiting until that item becomes available and shipping out the complete order with free ground shipping. MILITARY ORDERS To enter a military address: 1) In the City field, enter one of the following codes: APO FPO Air/Army Post Office Fleet Post Office 2) In the State field, select one of the following: Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada (AE) Armed Forces Americas (AA) Armed Forces Pacific (AP) 3) In the Zip/Postal field, enter the 5-digit zip code for the APO/FPO address. In addition, please note that The Brace Shop is responsible only for the delivery of your order from our warehouses to the U.S. military postal service. Once your orders are received by the U.S. military postal service, events beyond our control can impact delivery to the final APO/FPO destination.
